The ThermoFlash LX-26 is guaranteed twenty-four (24) months, parts and labour.
You will find the guarantee certificate in the user manual.
This document must be signed by your retailer. |

HOW TO USE YOUR GUARANTEE

In case of a breakdown following the first 15 days from the purchase date of the product, a standard exchange of the ThermoFlash LX-26 will be made on return of the product.
This exchange could be carried out only on presentation of the invoice or the sales slip, mentioning the date of purchase of the product.

Bring the ThermoFlash back to your retailer in its original box, with all the accessories.
No exchange will be made if the product or its packing is damaged and/or incomplete. |

GUARANTEE LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS
This guarantee becomes ineffective:

If the serial number on the product is modified, replaced, illegible or absent, |
| » |
If a repair has been carried out by any service not approved, including the user. |
This guarantee covers only faulty equipment or parts, caused during normal use of the product.
It does not cover damage caused during the dispatching or transport of the apparatus, caused on repairs made by a distributor, by modifications made, or caused due to any other uses contrary to the given directions for use. In addition this guarantee does not cover damage connected to dropping of the product, mishandling, caused by commercial use of product or does not cover damage caused by fire, flooding, thunder and lightening, or any other natural catastrophe.
This guarantee does not cover the packing of the product or its accessories.
Normal upkeep, the cleaning and replacement of parts or the normal wear and tear are not covered by the terms of this guarantee.
